Qualifications

• Minimum seven years in professional services or accounting practice in a similar role.
• Experience with partnership accounting is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Calculate and process partner payments and prepare partner statements.
• Monitor and maintain partner capital, including capital calls and repayments.
• Assist with budgets and cash flow for partner remuneration.
• Prepare partner journals and reconcile accounts to cash and accrual balances.
• Induction and meetings with partners to review their financials.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure consistency across US/UK partners.
• Support audit and accounting queries related to partners.
• Cover tasks for other team members during absence.
