We are seeking a senior partnerships leader who will own post-sale engagements, develop onboarding playbooks, and run partner enablement programs to drive adoption across our growing partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partnerships, customer success, or account management.
• Experience in benefits, HR tech, SaaS, or fintech.
• Strong skills in leading complex implementations and building processes.

• Own strategic partner relationships and serve as the senior post-sale contact.
