Supermetrics is seeking a Partner Success Manager to oversee the enablement of partners in North America. This fully remote role requires managing partner health, onboarding, and providing technical guidance.
The ideal candidate should have 3-6 years of experience in partner success or channel enablement, with a solid SaaS and technical background, particularly in data architecture.

Reporting to the Global Director of Professional Services, you’ll ensure partners are technically capable, commercially engaged, and growing their impact with Supermetrics. You turn a signed partnership into a thriving one through technical advisory, ongoing health monitoring, and genuine investment in partner success. This is not a reactive support role.
This role is fully remote, with hiring available in the following states: Delaware, Illinois, Michigan, Pennsylvania, Florida, Indiana, New Jersey, South Carolina, Georgia, Maryland, New York, Texas, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Vermont, and Virginia.
The on target earnings (OTE) for this role is $90K to $120K USD annually. These figures reflect the compensation offered for remote U.S. based candidates. Actual earnings may vary depending on individual performance against targets. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non‑discriminatory factors such as experience, job‑related knowledge, skills, and abilities.
