Job summary

NiCE is seeking a Partner Success Implementation Engineer to support partners through implementation, readiness, and ongoing product adoption. You will provide technical guidance, hands-on deployment, and best-practice enablement across onboarding and long-term success.

Collaborating with TAMs and Partner Success Managers, you will ensure partners deploy and optimize the platform, while sharing knowledge and contributing to scalable enablement materials. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, technical support, or a related technical customer facing role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
  • Experience with system integrations, APIs, configuration, or deployment workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% regional travel; some international travel may be necessary to meet with partners.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and product expertise to partner customers following readiness.
  • Advocate for product enhancements, escalating partner needs and collaborating with internal teams to ensure strong partner experience.
  • Deliver responsive, high-quality support to help partners resolve issues efficiently and maintain strong platform performance.
  • Provide hands‑on technical implementation support for new partner customers, including configuration, integrations, deployment, and onboarding activities.
  • Ensure partners understand best practices for setup, customization, and long‑term scalability.
  • Support the transition from implementation to steady‑state support as partners become fully operational.
  • Serve as a liaison with the Technical Account Management (TAM) organization, ensuring seamless alignment with teams that support end‑user customers.
  • Collaborate closely with Partner Success Managers to understand partner goals and technical requirements.
  • Communicate technical updates, product changes, and important insights across partner‑facing teams.
  • Share best practices, technical lessons learned, and insights across partner accounts to elevate partner performance and consistency.
  • Contribute to documentation, training materials, and enablement content to support scalable partner readiness.
  • Participate in internal knowledge‑sharing sessions to strengthen the technical skillset of the broader Partner Success organization

The Partner Success Implementation Engineer is a key technical resource supporting partners throughout implementation, readiness, and ongoing product adoption. This role provides technical expertise, enhancement advocacy, and hands‑on support for partner customers, ensuring they are fully enabled to deploy, configure, and optimize the platform. The Implementation Engineer works closely with Partner Success Managers and Technical Account Management (TAMs) teams, serving as a technical liaison and sharing best practices across the partner ecosystem.

Technical Advocacy & Product Support
  • Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting, and product expertise to partner customers following readiness.
  • Advocate for product enhancements, escalating partner needs and collaborating with internal teams to ensure strong partner experience.
  • Deliver responsive, high-quality support to help partners resolve issues efficiently and maintain strong platform performance.
Implementation Support
  • Provide hands‑on technical implementation support for new partner customers, including configuration, integrations, deployment, and onboarding activities.
  • Ensure partners understand best practices for setup, customization, and long‑term scalability.
  • Support the transition from implementation to steady‑state support as partners become fully operational.
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as a liaison with the Technical Account Management (TAM) organization, ensuring seamless alignment with teams that support end‑user customers.
  • Collaborate closely with Partner Success Managers to understand partner goals and technical requirements.
  • Communicate technical updates, product changes, and important insights across partner‑facing teams.
Knowledge Sharing & Best Practices
  • Share best practices, technical lessons learned, and insights across partner accounts to elevate partner performance and consistency.
  • Contribute to documentation, training materials, and enablement content to support scalable partner readiness.
  • Participate in internal knowledge‑sharing sessions to strengthen the technical skillset of the broader Partner Success organization
Have you got what it takes?
  • 3-5 years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, technical support, or a related technical customer facing role.

You will have an advantage if you also have:
  • Experience partnering with channel or reseller organizations
  • Experience in a global technology or SaaS organization.
  • Deep knowledge of global partner ecosystems or channel/alliances strategy
