Job summary

Supermicro is seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Program Manager to join our Solution Architecture team. You will own the operating model, governance, and execution for strategic partner solution programs, from concept through customer deployment.

You will lead program plans, manage scope and dependencies, and ensure alignment across architects, partners, sales, operations, and factory as programs scale to production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in Technical / Solutions Program Management, with a track record of owning complex programs end to end in data center, storage, or AI infrastructure.
• Deep program-management craft - integrated planning, scope and dependency management, change control, stage gates, and governance - applied across multiple concurrent programs or a program portfolio.
• Proven experience running cross-functional programs that span solution design, validation, and customer deployment, ideally in partnership with external technology partners.
• Strong technical fluency in data center solutions (compute, storage, and AI infrastructure) and the ability to engage credibly with Solution Architects and partner engineers.
• Experience with solution validation, qualification, and NPI (New Product Introduction) processes in the server, storage, or data center industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional and partner teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience producing executive-level reporting, dashboards, and decision memos.

Responsibilities

• Own solution program management end to end - lead the full lifecycle from intake to scale with clear ownership of timeline and outcomes.
• Define and run the program operating model with planning cadence, decision forums, and stage gates.
• Manage scope, schedule, and dependencies with integrated plans and critical paths.
• Drive risk, issue, and decision management to closure with clear owners.
• Lead the partner program interface with engineering, product, operations, and support teams.
• Coordinate solution validation and qualification programs including governance and traceability.
• Orchestrate cross-functional delivery to keep design, builds, and deployment on plan.
• Establish program governance and reporting with dashboards and KPIs.
• Bridge business and technical execution with pricing inputs, SOWs, forecasting, and order flow.
