Job summary

VAST Data seeks a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer—OEM / eBox to lead technical strategy for partner-based deployments across the U.S. You will be a domain expert on the VAST AI OS, sizing, performance expectations and deployment readiness.

This role partners with Sales, Engineering and Product to design, validate and optimize complex deployments; travel to strategic customers and partners is expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with enterprise infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of server, storage and networking.
• Experience with OEM server platforms and enterprise storage is desirable.
• Willingness to travel across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical SME for EBox and partner deployments.
• Escalation point for Sales Engineers designing on partner hardware.
• Size and architect solutions based on workloads and constraints.
• Develop repeatable architectures and deployment practices.
• Guide customers and partners through pre-installation readiness and deployment planning.
