Arrcus is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Architect to lead pre-sales and early deployment activities with System Integrators, channel partners, and strategic services partners. You will design, validate, and deliver ArcOS-based solutions while enabling partner teams and coordinating with sales and product management.
You will act as a trusted advisor across the full lifecycle, from discovery and architecture through PoCs, enablement, and initial production deployments, ensuring Arrcus
12+ years of experience in networking, with at least 3+ years in pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, technical consulting, partner engineering, or a closely related customer-facing roleExperience with automation and NetDevOps or NetOps tooling such as Ansible, Python, APIs, CI pipelines, or infrastructure-as-code approaches is strongly preferredNetworking certifications such as CCIE, JNCIE, or equivalent advanced vendor certifications are preferredAbility to create high-quality technical collateral including design guides, partner enablement content, workshop materials, and deployment documentationHands-on familiarity with Linux-based networking environments and common lab, interoperability, and troubleshooting tools such as traffic generators, terminal servers, DHCP or ZTP workflows, tcpdump, and WiresharkExperience working with channel partners, System Integrators, or strategic alliances, including partner enablement, joint solution development, or technical go-to-market executionStrong technical foundation in routing and switching technologies, including TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, L2 and L3 VPNs, VXLAN, EVPN, and modern data center or service provider architecturesStrong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate with engineers, architects, operations teams, and executive stakeholdersDeep understanding of at least one of the following domains, with breadth across several others: data center networking, service provider networking, cloud networking, edge routing, network automation, or large-scale enterprise networkingProven ability to lead architecture discussions, whiteboard complex solutions, run technical workshops, and guide proof-of-concept efforts from requirements definition through documented outcomesBS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experienceAbility to understand implementation realities and work effectively with partner delivery teams on migration planning, deployment validation, and operational handoffComfortable operating in a high-growth environment where the role spans strategy, hands-on validation, partner enablement, and field executionEqually effective with deep technical detail and with business-oriented conversations about partner practice development and customer outcomesMotivated to help partners become self-sufficient while still engaging directly on the most strategic and technically demanding opportunitiesStrong bias for action, ownership, cross-functional collaboration, and turning field learnings into repeatable scale
