Job summary

EPAM Systems seeks a Senior Partner Sales Manager - Commerce in the United States in a hybrid role. You will drive partner sales strategy and revenue with a personal quota, building pipelines via direct prospecting and joint selling.

You will lead cross-functional collaborations, govern forecasting, and accelerate joint wins with major commerce platforms. The role requires 10+ years in enterprise IT sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to influence C-suite executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise IT sales/business development focused on new business acquisition.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding personal sales quotas.
• Strong knowledge of co-selling models and partner ecosystems.
• Aptitude for managing complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end.
• Deep understanding of commercetools, Shopify, Adobe Commerce and BigCommerce.
• Ability to influence and engage senior client and partner executives (C-suite).
• Exceptional commercial negotiation and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience working across global matrixed organizations.
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology or related field.

We're looking for a Senior Partner Sales Manager - Commerce to join our team in the United States in a hybrid working mode. This is a 100% hunter/seller role reporting into the sales organization — not a partner alliance/channel management position.

• Degree in business, technology or related field
• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Prior experience collaborating with alliance/partner teams to support direct-sales execution (not a background solely in alliance/partner management)
• Familiarity with executing joint go-to-market programs and co-funded campaigns
• Certifications or credentials with strategic partner ecosystems (e.g., commercetools, Shopify, Adobe Commerce and BigCommerce)
• Multi-language proficiency and international sales experience

Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $175,000-$200,000 USD. This position is also eligible for variable compensation incentives.
