Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Partner Engagements Sr. Specialist to lead operational planning and content coordination for global Partner Advisory Boards and Strategic Roundtables.

You will bridge event logistics with end-to-end content, manage speaker decks, and ensure brand-aligned communications across internal teams and external partners. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and help deliver world-class partner experiences, traveling 20-40% to event locations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, event coordination, content support, or communications experience.
• Experience working with partners or within a B2B technology environment preferred.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and presentation formatting skills with Google Slides/Docs.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented with ability to manage complex timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning for global partner advisory boards and roundtables, virtual and in-person.
• Coordinate speaker decks, partner communications, and content repositories.
• Draft and schedule pre/post-event communications and manage session agendas and assets.
• Maintain playbooks, SOPs, and content templates for repeatable partner programs.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, manage external agencies, and track timelines and budgets.
