Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Partner Engagements Specialist to drive the planning and delivery of Partner Advisory Boards and Strategic Roundtables. You will bridge event logistics with end-to-end content coordination, coordinating speaker decks, communications, and assets.

You will work with multiple internal teams and external partners, maintaining brand standards and ensuring timely execution across virtual and in-person formats in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, event coordination, content support, or communications experience.
• Experience working with partners or within a B2B technology environment preferred.
• Proficient in Google Slides and Google Docs, strong writing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning and content execution for partner advisory boards and roundtables.
• Coordinate event logistics, slides, communications, and assets.
• Maintain playbooks, SOPs, and content templates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
• Track budgets and summarize post-event data.
