Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Specialist for Partner Engagements to lead operational planning and content coordination for global Partner Advisory Boards and Strategic Roundtables, across virtual and in-person formats.

You will manage speaker decks, partner communications, agendas, assets, and playbooks while collaborating with multiple internal teams to ensure brand-aligned materials and timely delivery. Travel 20–40% is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, event coordination, content support, or communications experience.
• Experience working with partners or within a B2B technology environment preferred.
• Content & Communication Skills: Strong writing, proofreading, and presentation formatting skills with a high degree of proficiency in Google Slides and Google Docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational planning and project tracking for partner-facing programs both virtual and in-person.
• Coordinate event logistics, registrations, venue contracts, virtual platform setup, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate collection, formatting, and review of presentation decks; draft and schedule pre/post-event communications.
