Onshore in New York City seeks a senior Partnership Marketing Manager to build and scale our partner network. You’ll lead the partner program, recruit and manage referral partners, and create compelling co-marketing initiatives such as webinars, content, and case studies.

You’ll collaborate with sales to ensure seamless handoffs and drive pipeline growth. The role requires strong writing and presentation skills, deep experience in partner marketing, and the ability to turn data into actions that

Qualifications

• 7+ years in partner marketing, channel marketing, or partnerships at a B2B firm.

Responsabilités

• Design and launch Onshore's partner program: tiers, onboarding, playbook.
• Recruit and manage referral partners.
• Build co-marketing: webinars, content, case studies, emails.
• Plan and host partner events with the events lead.
• Provide partners with enablement materials and talking tracks.
• Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and report value.
• Collaborate with sales for smooth handoffs.
• Represent Onshore to partner leadership and at events.
