Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in sales management with a track record of exceeding goals and building partner relationships.
• MBA preferred or equivalent advanced degree.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for major strategic partners across industries (telecom, fintech, financial institutions, retail, OEMs).
• Lead and coach a high-performing team of Business Development Sales Managers.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations (procurement, category managers, leadership).
• Navigate complex partner requirements, promotional calendars, and best practices to maximize results.
• Implement data-driven strategies to optimize product placement, pricing, and promotions within partner environments.
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify growth opportunities and drive profitability.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and logistics to ensure seamless launches and effective campaigns in partner channels.
• Stay informed of industry trends and evolving customer preferences to identify opportunities.
• Present and negotiate compelling sales proposals to secure new and existing partnerships.
