Who you are:

We are always looking for talented individuals who can contribute to our growth and deliver results. We are seeking a Senior Partner Account Manager to strategically expand our Partner footprint and foster long-term, profitable relationships. What you'll do:
  1. Manage and nurture relationships within an assigned list of larger, strategic Partners.
  2. Support Partner success by providing tools, training, and resources to effectively sell Geotab products or services.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Product Development, Finance) to develop sales strategies and support growth.
  4. Gather and relay market, customer, and product feedback to inform strategies.
  5. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to evaluate partnership effectiveness.
  6. Serve as a subject matter expert for Partners and their customers, keeping them informed and educated about Geotab solutions.
  7. Prepare and present quarterly and annual reports on forecasts, sales, and partner relationships.
  8. Maintain activity records in Salesforce.
  9. Build and sustain long-term relationships with large, strategic partners through regular communication and business reviews.
  10. Coach and develop Partner networks through meetings, training, webinars, and participation in customer calls.
  11. Understand and support end-user customer satisfaction.
  12. Coordinate with the Pilots & Implementation team for onboarding and deployment plans.
  13. Work with marketing to maximize co-marketing and lead generation activities.
  14. Share insights from the Partner network with internal teams to improve satisfaction.
  15. Provide technical expertise to help close sales and assist with RFPs.
  16. Attend trade shows and conferences to promote the company and identify expansion opportunities.
  17. Stay informed about market trends, technology, competitors, and customer preferences to help Partners maximize Geotab solutions.
  18. Mentor and support team members, new hires, and interns.
What you'll bring to the role:
  • 8-10 years of technical sales experience.
  • Experience in account management within a channel sales organization.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%; a valid passport is required.
  • Customer-centric mindset, focusing on end-user satisfaction.
  • Strong sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain trust-based relationships.
  • Deep product knowledge and market insight.
  • Data analysis skills to interpret sales performance metrics.
  • Problem-solving abilities to resolve conflicts and adapt to market changes.
