Job Title: Channel Account Manager - Distribution

Location: Duluth, Georgia, US

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Distribution Manager to oversee our key distribution partners across the Americas in the Immersive Experience business unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with distribution partners, driving sales growth, monitoring performance, conducting business reviews, and collaborating with channel marketing on various marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Distribution Partner Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key distribution partners across Americas.
    • Identify new distribution opportunities and establish partnerships to expand market reach.
    • Oversee new distributor on boarding as well as ongoing training needs for existing distribution partners.
    • Ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
  • Sales & Market Growth:
    • Drive sales growth by implementing effective distribution strategies and promotional activities.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to achieve regional sales targets and objectives.
    • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Performance Monitoring & Business Reviews:
    • Define and execute annual business plan for distribution partners.
    • Monitor and evaluate the performance of distribution partners to ensure alignment with business unit priorities.
    • Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
    • Provide regular reports on distribution performance, sales metrics, and market conditions.
  • Marketing Initiatives:
    • Work closely with channel marketing teams to develop and implement marketing initiatives.
    • Support product launches and promotional campaigns to enhance market presence.
    • Drive business development activities (trade shows, marketing campaigns, co-op marketing activities) with key distributors in collaboration with channel marketing.
  • Inventory & Supply Chain Management:
    • Ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained across distribution channels.
    • Monitor and resolve any supply chain issues affecting product availability.
  • Customer Support & Satisfaction:
    • Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by distribution partners or resellers.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.
    • Conduct regular distributor feedback sessions to improve service quality.
Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 of years of experience in distribution management, preferably in the audio-visual industry.
  • Proven track record of managing distribution partners and driving sales growth.
  • Strong understanding of the Americas market and distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel within the Americas region as required (50% travel approx).
