Job summary

Platinum Parking in Bellevue, WA is seeking an experienced Parking Supervisor to support daily operations, oversee staff, and ensure revenue control at multiple facilities. This full-time role requires a minimum of 1 year of parking experience and strong computer skills.

You will work Monday through Friday 9am–5:30pm with occasional weekends, earn $26 per hour, and receive medical, dental, vision, and a 401k. Growth potential exists within the company.

Qualifications

• Parking experience - a minimum of 1 year.
• Computer literate - Microsoft Office, Excel.
• Experience with gated equipment preferred.
• Excellent communication (clear speaking and writing).
• Professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cultivating a professional, diverse, and customer-focused team.
• Ensure facilities operate per policy: revenue control, equipment maintenance, signage, and parking flow.
• Ensure daily operations staff, supplies, and opening/closing procedures are in place.
• Manage business to limit revenue loss, theft, or shrinkage of money or equipment.
• Assist in collecting, recording and depositing revenues at the facility.
• Oversee the contract parker program; register customers and bill A/R daily.
• Gather, review and verify daily and monthly reports.
• Promote integrity, problem-solving, collaboration and transparency.
• Review and respond to emails, mail, and calls; provide prompt customer service with minimal escalation.
• Assist in training tenants and customers with garage validation program and parking procedures.
