Job summary

Platinum Parking is seeking an experienced Parking Supervisor in Bellevue to oversee daily parking operations and staff, ensuring revenue control and client satisfaction. The role includes supervising a closing shift, collecting revenues, and maintaining facilities.

Qualifications

• Parking experience - a minimum of 1 year.
• Computer literate - microsoft office, excel.
• Experience with gated equipment preferred.
• Excellent communication (can speak clearly and writes well).
• Professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in cultivating a professional, diverse, and customer-focused team.
• Ensure facilities operate according to company policy including revenue control, equipment maintenance, signage, and flow of parking operations.
• Ensure daily operations are properly staffed with supplies and have opening/closing procedures.
• Manage the business to limit revenue loss, theft or shrinkage of monies or equipment.
• Assist in collecting, recording and depositing revenues at the facility.
• Oversee the contract parker program by ensuring customers are registered, A/R billed and daily completeness.
• Gather, review and verify timely and accurate completion of daily and monthly reports.
• Promote a work environment that values integrity, problem-solving, collaboration and transparency.
• Review, screen and respond to email/mail/calls; provide prompt customer service, resolving issues without exec mgmt involvement when possible.
• Assist in training tenants and customers with garage online validation program and parking procedures.
