Legacy Parking Company, LLC is seeking a hands-on Location/Facility Manager to own day-to-day operations at a Atlanta location accounts. Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in parking operations.
• Hands-on PARCS systems experience (FlashParking, TIBA, ParkChirp).
• Experience managing staff, scheduling, budgets and P&L accountability.
• Cash handling controls, revenue reconciliation and audits.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new tech.

Responsibilities

• Run daily operations across location to Legacy standards and contract requirements.
• Manage PARCS equipment and software; coordinate with vendors.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well-maintained facilities; propose improvements.
• Grow revenue and control expenses; monitor market and rates.
• Prepare and review financial and operational reports.
• Build and maintain client relationships with property managers and tenants.
• Recruit, train and lead a team; manage scheduling and payroll.
• Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned.
