Job summary

Legends Global seeks a Senior Outside Operations Manager for NRG Park in Houston, TX. The role leads parking and exterior operations, coordinating traffic, staffing, training, safety, and vendor relations across multiple venues.

You will drive revenue growth and efficiency through data analysis, process improvements, and strong leadership. You will partner with Finance and HR to align performance metrics with strategic goals, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of supervisory experience in public assembly.
• Experience managing large-scale events and coordinating multiple teams.
• Ability to read blueprints, schedules, and operational plans.
• Strong knowledge of safety, risk management, and vendor coordination.
• Proven track record in budgeting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee parking and exterior property operations including traffic control, staffing, hiring, training, and compliance.
• Analyze data to identify revenue growth and operational efficiency.
• Develop strategies to improve revenue through process enhancements and cost control.
• Lead efforts to minimize loss and strengthen internal controls.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and senior leadership on performance metrics and action plans.
• Prepare analytical reports and present recommendations to executives.
