Job summary

Alpha School is hiring a Parent Relations Director to lead the parent-facing partnership with Guides and resolve sensitive family conversations at campus level. You will own trust, retention, and advocacy for every family, and drive growth aligned with campus phase.

On-site, multi-city campuses including Park City, UT; compensation is $200,000 per year, with Park City at $250,000, plus benefits like health coverage and commuter accounts. Relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading high-trust family relationships.
• Proven ability to make quick, credible decisions.
• Experience in independent/private education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own every family relationship on campus and lead hard conversations.
• Partner with Guides to protect coaching relationships.
• Make real-time calls in ambiguous student and family situations.
• Build campus community through traditions and partnerships.
• Own campus growth and admissions follow-through when needed.
