Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Parent Relations Director to own family relationships, lead tough conversations, and partner with Guides to uphold Alpha's model. You’ll defend the school’s approach while ensuring retention and advocacy among families across campus phases.

You will drive community engagement, coordinate with admissions, and own growth outcomes at your campus. On-site, full-time role with relocation support and a competitive six-figure compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning high-trust relationships with families, donors, or members.
• Decision-making in demanding stakeholder environments without losing relationships.
• Independent ownership of ambiguous relationships or growth outcomes.
• Clear, concise communication with affluent, high-expectation families.
• Hands-on daily use of AI tools in education contexts.

Responsibilities

• Lead all hard conversations with families, delivering clear decisions and follow-through.
• Act as parent-facing co-leader with Guides, aligning before/after sensitive discussions.
• Make real-time calls in ambiguous situations and escalate appropriately when needed.
• Build campus community through traditions, networks, and partnerships.
• Own growth contributions and admissions follow-through as campus evolves.
