Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Parent Relations Director to own family trust, retention, and advocacy across campuses. You’ll lead hard conversations, defend the school model, and partner with Guides to protect coaching relationships with students and families.

On-site, full-time roles across multiple campuses (Park City, UT included). Relocation assistance and competitive six-figure compensation are available, with Park City at $250K per year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning high-trust relationships with families.
• Proven ability to make firm decisions under pressure.
• Independent ownership of ambiguous relationships with outcomes.
• Willing to drive school growth and admissions follow-through.
• Clear, concise communication with affluent families.
• Familiarity with independent/private education.
• Experience using AI tools in daily work.

Responsibilities

• Lead all family conversations, identify real concerns, and deliver decisions.
• Co-lead with Guides to protect coaching relationships.
• Make real-time calls in ambiguous situations and escalate when needed.
• Build campus community and local partnerships.
• Own growth contributions and admissions handoffs as campuses evolve.
