Job summary

CACI is seeking a Senior Paralegal to support the USAO mission in Milwaukee. The role focuses on litigation support, document review, and preparation for trial with advanced eDiscovery workflows.

You will use Relativity, Axiom, TimeMap and other tools, prepare legal documents, manage discovery, and coordinate with AUSAs. Requires paralegal certificate or JD and at least two years of litigation experience; US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Paralegal certificate or JD, or currently attending ABA-accredited law school with at least one year completed.
• At least two years of litigation paralegal experience or related project experience.
• At least one year of automated litigation support experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state court systems and legal research resources (LEXIS/Westlaw).
• Proficiency with document processing, databases, spreadsheets, imaging, and related software tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex legal documents and memoranda for court filings.
• Assist litigation teams in trial readiness: organize documents, exhibits, and witness materials.
• Provide advanced automated litigation support using Relativity, Axiom, and other tools.
• Conduct legal research to verify citations and precedents.
• Manage discovery processes, screen for privileged information, and coordinate with AUSAs.
