Qualifications

• 8+ years of functional experience and 5+ years in securities and corporate governance in a paralegal role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain governance materials, calendars, and onboarding for directors/officers.
• Coordinate SEC filings and related disclosure documents.
• Manage entity governance for US and non-US entities and maintain related records.
• Respond to diligence requests and support board/Shareholder materials.
