Job summary

Snap Finance is seeking a Compliance Paralegal to support Licensing, Marketing Compliance, litigation, regulatory filings, and related operations. This role coordinates documentation, tracks deadlines, maintains organized records, and assists with day-to-day compliance reviews across several internal teams.

You will partner with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Product, and Sales to meet regulatory obligations and respond to regulators and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal, legal operations, regulatory compliance, licensing, or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate as a plus.
• Strong organization, documentation, research, and deadline-management skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and escalate to leadership when needed.
• Experience handling confidential, sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Support licensing, registration, renewal, and regulatory filing activities.
• Maintain licensing records, calendars, and documentation; provide status reporting.
• Assist with marketing compliance activities and documentation.
