Job summary

Snap Finance is seeking a Compliance Paralegal to support licensing, regulatory filings, marketing compliance, and litigation-related tasks. You will coordinate documentation, maintain records, and help respond to regulators and internal stakeholders while partnering with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Product, and Sales to meet obligations.

The role emphasizes meticulous organization, deadline management, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal, legal operations, regulatory compliance, licensing, or related experience.
• Strong organization, documentation, research, and deadline-management skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and escalate issues to Legal or Compliance leadership when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support licensing, registration, renewal, and regulatory filing activities.
• Maintain accurate licensing records, calendars, documentation, and status reports.
• Assist with marketing compliance activities, including review coordination and tracking.
• Support litigation matters through document collection and preparation of materials for attorney review.
• Research regulatory/licensing requirements and respond to regulators and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance, Marketing, Product, Sales on licensing and litigation requests.
• Assist audits, regulatory inquiries, and process improvements; track deadlines and developments.
