Job summary

The Attkisson Law Firm LLC in Dayton, Ohio is seeking an experienced, organized pre-litigation paralegal to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the pre-litigation process and will manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement.

Responsibilities include managing caseloads, requesting and reviewing medical records and bills, communicating with clients, preparing demand packages, checking balances with providers, liaising with insurance

Qualifications

• Experience as a paralegal in personal injury pre-litigation.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage cases from intake through settlement.
