Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Three to five years’ relevant work experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate preferred.
• Strong English grammar and professional communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage case files and prelitigation workflows for multiple attorneys.
• Investigate insurance coverages and organize medical records to support treatment outlines.
• Prepare, calculate, and maintain damage summaries (medical expenses, lost wages, property damage).
• Log daily mail and draft correspondence for day-to-day case management.
• Prepare files for litigation transfer when necessary.
• Prepare and forward medical specials to insurance carriers with demand summaries.
• Maintain consistent client, attorney, and insurer communications; provide weekly reports and participate in monthly meetings.
