We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Permanent Senior Paralegal (Personal Injury) to join our dynamic legal team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support to our team of attorneys, focusing primarily on personal injury cases. This role involves a high level of responsibility and requires a professional who is adept at managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

1. 1. Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis on various personal injury laws, procedures, and legal articles to assist attorneys in case preparation.
2. 2. Drafting, preparing, and reviewing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, affidavits, and deposition notices.
3. 3. Assisting in trial preparation by organizing exhibits, assisting with witness preparation, arranging for trial settings, and managing evidence.
4. 4. Attending hearings and trials, taking notes, and providing attorneys with important case updates.
5. 5. Coordinating and managing the schedules, appointments, and deadlines of attorneys.
6. 6. Facilitating communication and correspondence with clients, witnesses, and court officials.
7. 7. Maintaining and organizing legal files and case management systems.

Qualifications
