Job summary

UKG is seeking a highly organized Paralegal to support the Employment and Litigation team. You will manage legal demands, subpoenas, and related operations, coordinating with attorneys and cross-functional partners to ensure timely responses and accurate records.

The ideal candidate brings 4–6 years of paralegal or litigation support experience, strong writing and communications skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office; you will contribute to AI-enabled workflow improvements and reporting

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in paralegal or litigation support
• Associate degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent
• Experience supporting litigation, employment matters, subpoenas or related legal matters
• Strong organizational skills with multiple deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams)

Responsibilities

• Manage subpoenas from receipt through resolution with attorneys and stakeholders.
• Support attorneys with legal demands, escalations, pre-litigation matters, claims, and inquiries.
• Assist with matter intake, legal holds, discovery coordination, document collection, and case organization.
• Maintain accurate matter records in ServiceNow, Smartsheet, document repositories, and reporting tools.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, metrics, and status updates for legal operations and leadership.
• Coordinate meetings, deadlines, follow-ups, action items, and workstreams for attorneys and teams.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve workflows and templates.
• Support broader litigation and legal operations projects as assigned.
