Job summary

UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) seeks a detail-oriented Paralegal to support the Employment and Litigation team in managing legal demands, subpoenas and related matters. You will coordinate with attorneys, a senior paralegal, and cross-functional partners to ensure timely responses and accurate records in a growing portfolio of cases.

The role emphasizes process optimization, reporting, and collaboration across departments, with opportunities to incorporate AI and automation to improve efficiency

Qualifications

• Associate degree or paralegal certificate or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting litigation, employment matters, subpoenas, claims, disputes or related matters.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage subpoenas from receipt through resolution with attorneys and stakeholders.
• Support legal demands, escalations, pre-litigation matters, claims and inquiries.
• Assist with litigation management including matter intake, legal holds and discovery.
• Maintain accurate matter records in systems like ServiceNow and Smartsheet.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and status updates for legal operations and leadership.
• Coordinate meetings, deadlines, follow-ups, and action items for attorneys.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve workflows.
• Support broader litigation and legal operations projects as assigned.
