Job summary

UKG is seeking a highly organized Paralegal to support the Employment and Litigation team. You will manage subpoenas, assist with litigation management, and maintain precise records across systems, working with attorneys and cross-functional partners.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years of paralegal or litigation support experience, an Associate degree or paralegal certificate, and strong communication skills. This role offers a collaborative environment and impactful work.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of paralegal, litigation support, or comparable experience.
• Associate degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Experience supporting litigation, employment matters, subpoenas, claims, disputes, investigations, or related legal matters.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage subpoenas from receipt through resolution, coordinating with attorneys and stakeholders.
• Support attorneys with legal demands and escalations, pre-litigation matters, claims, and inquiries.
• Assist with litigation management, including matter intake, legal holds, discovery coordination, and document organization.
• Maintain accurate matter records in ServiceNow, Smartsheet, document repositories, and reporting tools.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and status updates to support legal operations and leadership decisions.
• Coordinate meetings and deadlines for attorneys and legal project teams.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve workflows and templates.
• Support broader litigation and legal operations projects as assigned.
