Job summary

The role reports to a Vice President and Assistant General Counsel, with interaction across corporate departments. Requires 5+ years of paralegal experience, a ABA-approved paralegal certificate, and strong drafting, research, and case management skills.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate preferred.
• Minimum five years of paralegal experience in litigation or corporate settings.
• Strong knowledge of litigation processes, legal documentation, case management, and records administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal support for litigation and presuit matters, including discovery and drafting.
• Input case information into the Company’s litigation matter management system and coordinate with outside counsel.
• Assist with transactional projects and the administration of the Business Ethics Program.
