APi Construction Company is seeking an experienced paralegal to provide support to our legal team at our Englewood office. This role involves managing claims, assisting with contracts, and ensuring regulatory compliance across various legal matters.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of paralegal experience, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset. Competitive salary ranges from $70,000 to $95,000 plus a performance-based annual bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm, corporate legal department, or public sector.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing legal claims and litigation files.
• Draft, review, and revise contracts and legal documents.
• Help ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Assist in developing internal policies and compliance programs.
• Maintain organized legal files and records.
• Collaborate with legal and internal teams on legal matters.
• Serve as a liaison between legal department and external parties.
• Take ownership of special legal projects and initiatives.
