Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Six or more years' experience in a senior paralegal, litigation support, or similar role.
• Experience supporting large-scale litigation, government investigations, and multi-jurisdictional matters.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state court procedures, including electronic filing requirements.
• Advanced proficiency with legal research databases and eDiscovery tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support federal and state court filings, including complex electronic submissions.
• Coordinate discovery, document review, production, and deposition support.
• Prepare for hearings, trials, witness interviews, depositions, and client meetings.
• Review motions, briefs, and filings for accuracy, formatting, and cite-checking.
• Maintain litigation case files and ensure document management compliance.
• Mentor junior paralegals and case team members.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices on large-scale matters.
• Participate in process improvements and best-practice initiatives.
