Job summary

Oakleaf Partnership seeks a Senior Paralegal with extensive litigation support experience to manage complex disputes and regulatory investigations across multiple jurisdictions. You will drive case lifecycle activities from inception to post-filing support, coordinating between attorneys and paralegals to ensure timely, accurate filings and research.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Six or more years of paralegal or advanced litigation support experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state court procedures, including civil and criminal litigation processes.
• Significant experience managing sophisticated electronic court filings.
• Experience supporting government investigations, particularly involving regulatory or enforcement agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate federal and state court filings, including complex and confidential submissions.
• Support all phases of litigation from case initiation through trial and resolution.
• Manage discovery workflows including document review, productions, deposition preparation, and database management.
• Assist with witness interviews, client meetings, depositions, hearings, and trial preparation.
• Review motions, briefs, and court filings for procedural compliance, formatting, cite-checking, and accuracy.
• Prepare exhibits, filing bundles, privilege logs, and redaction logs.
• Maintain organised litigation files across multiple matters.
• Perform legal, regulatory, financial, and public-record research using Westlaw, LexisNexis, PACER, and SEC/EDGAR.
