Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (4) years of experience in law firm or company setting performing legal tasks.
• Familiarity with labor and employment matters.
• Familiarity with state and federal litigation, including court filings.
• Familiarity with the preparation of pleadings, briefs, discovery, and document productions.
• Familiarity with calendaring court deadlines and researching court rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal support for labor and employment functions of the Legal Department.
• Provide guidance and support to the Paralegal – Labor & Employment, and File Clerk positions.
