Providence Health & Services is seeking a Senior Paralegal to support the Labor & Employment team. The role includes coordinating Legal Hold, handling e-Discovery, drafting responses to complaints, and supporting investigations.

Ideal candidates have extensive paralegal experience in-house or at a law firm, with strong drafting, coordination, and confidentiality skills, in a California setting.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree or paralegal certificate with law-related coursework.
• 5 years paralegal experience in-house or at a law firm.
• Experience supporting multiple attorneys in labor & employment.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate Legal Hold lifecycle from implementation to release.
• Manage responses to information requests from opposing parties.
• Monitor deadlines and file documents in the matter system.
• Assist with outside counsel on matter management and strategy.
• Draft responses to discrimination and labor complaints with attorney review.
• Prepare mediation briefs and exhibits; review pleadings and declarations.
• Support investigations into employee claims and arbitration proceedings.

Associate's Degree in ABA-approved Paralegal Studies or 24 law units
