Job summary

Stewart Title seeks a seasoned Paralegal to support in-house litigation counsel across multiple states. You will manage matter custody, draft and review documents, coordinate discovery and legal holds, and respond to subpoenas under attorney supervision.

The role requires a Certified Paralegal and typically 5+ years of related experience, with strong communication and independent judgment within procedures.

Qualifications

• Certified Paralegal with substantive legal work experience.
• 5+ years of related work experience typical for this role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys by analyzing and preparing legal documents and researching laws.
• Coordinate discovery and manage case deadlines and records.
• Support depositions and trials, and communicate with outside counsel and vendors.
• Provide guidance to less experienced team members and improve processes.
