Job summary

Responsibilities include assisting with all phases of litigation, deposition and hearing preparation, drafting pleadings and motions, and managing discovery and document productions for timely case resolutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience.
• Paralegal certificate and or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong knowledge of litigation procedures and legal terminology.
• Experience with discovery, eDiscovery, and document review platforms.
• Strong technology and case management skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and shifting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with all phases of litigation, from case investigation through trial.
• Prepare for depositions, hearings, mediations, trials, and conferences.
• Draft and file pleadings, motions, affidavits, subpoenas, and routine discovery.
• Manage discovery and large document productions.
• Review and analyze case documents and factual evidence.
• Prepare exhibits, chronologies, transcript summaries, and case summaries.
• Maintain case files, databases, and litigation deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, experts, court personnel, and opposing counsel.
• Assist with trial preparation, exhibit organization, and courtroom support.
