Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience preferred, but willing to train for the ideal candidate.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Experience managing calendars, deadlines, and multiple competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management software.
• Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage court deadlines, hearing schedules, depositions, client meetings, and other case-related events.
• Prepare, draft, proofread, and file legal documents.
• Manage all aspects of case administration.
• Conduct legal research and information gathering.
• Coordinate discovery activities including preparing interrogatories.
• Support litigation and trial preparation.
• Serve as a liaison among attorneys, clients, and other parties.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes.
