Job summary

Aquarian Holdings is seeking a Senior Paralegal to support a broad range of corporate governance, investment management, private fund, transactional, regulatory, and legal operations activities. You will manage entities, board governance, contract administration, investor onboarding, and regulatory filings while partnering with internal teams, fund administrators, and external counsel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal studies degree/certificate required.
• 5+ years paralegal experience in law firm, asset manager, investment adviser, or comparable financial institution preferred.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and drive projects to completion.
• Experience supporting investment management, private funds, corporate, transactional or regulatory matters preferred.
• Experience supporting fund formation, fund administration or investment adviser operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist governance and entity management, including formation, maintenance, restructuring and filings; maintain databases and records.
• Prepare board materials, resolutions, consents and meeting minutes.
• Manage contract execution: routing, coordinating, reviewing, negotiating NDAs and agreements; post-closing admin.
• Support vendor onboarding and strategic projects across the legal department.
• Maintain document repositories, governance policies and procedures; transaction checklists and regulatory filings.
• Support investment transactions: diligence materials, closing sets, trackers and filings (UCC, etc.).
• Support fund formation, administration and investor onboarding; AML/KYC docs and side letters.
• Coordinate regulatory filings and periodic reporting for advisers and private funds.
• Coordinate with stakeholders on billing, budgets and general matter management.
