Job summary

Welltower, a leader in residential wellness and healthcare infrastructure, seeks a Corporate Paralegal focused on entity management and governance. You will support transactional work and coordinate with counsel across jurisdictions to ensure compliance and efficient recordkeeping.

Responsibilities include maintaining entity records, preparing resolutions, and assisting with strategic entity initiatives within the Legal Department.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years paralegal experience with entity management.
• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience, or Associate’s Degree with 10+ years of paralegal experience.
• Background check, drug screening, and verification of credentials required.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain corporate entity management database with entities, officers, boards, and records.
• Oversee entity compliance, including qualifications and fictitious name filings.
• Liaise with external service providers and counsel to ensure local regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and route corporate resolutions and documents for review and signature.
• Assist with structuring, interim structures, and related entity management matters.
• Support Counsel with process improvements for entity management.
• Manage invoicing related to the entity management database.
• Coordinate and lead projects with Legal Department.
