Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of paralegal experience in corporate or law firm setting.
• Big law experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
• Paralegal certificate is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Location: Hybrid – Jersey City, New Jersey (2-3 days in office)

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Paralegal to support the General Counsel in a dynamic legal environment.
