Job summary
The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking a seasoned paralegal in Minnesota to support attorneys with complex litigation. You will assist with case prep, document drafting, deposition summaries and trial readiness, while coordinating between multiple parties and maintaining meticulous records.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree, paralegal experience, and advanced legal research skills, with proficiency in Westlaw, LexisNexis, and standard office software.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required with paralegal experience preferred.
- Paralegal Certificate (ABA) is a plus and beneficial for this role.
- Strong legal research and writing abilities are essential.
Responsibilities
- Conduct moderate to complex legal research and drafts for review.
- Prepare and organize routine to complex legal documents for attorneys.
- Summarize deposition transcripts and assist with trial preparation.
- Coordinate between multiple parties involved in litigation and manage documents.
- Capture time and billable hours in accordance with policy and procedures.
- Assist with discovery, subpoenas, and exhibits as needed.
