Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• At least 1 year of paralegal experience or completion of paralegal schooling.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, Access).
• Deadline- and detail-oriented with strong work ethic and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Assist with filing cases, motions, and other litigation documents.
• Prepare discovery materials and review drafts with attorneys and clients.
• Support trial preparation, including exhibits and witness lists.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Interview clients and witnesses to gather information.
• Track case filings and deadlines; notify team of upcoming dates.
• Organize case files, documents, and internal meetings.
