Qualifications

• Undergraduate studies in business administration, insurance, or related area preferred.
• Paralegal certification strongly preferred and/or demonstrated insurance litigation related paralegal experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and case management databases such as Legal Files is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct pre-trial and trial support for litigated matters with varied complexity; drafts and reviews pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Coordinates depositions, hearings, and meetings; communicates with clients and expert witnesses.
• Maintains confidential attorney-client information and supports trial team with exhibits and binders.
• Performs legal assistant and other administrative duties; supports technology initiatives when needed.
