Job summary

Paul Hastings in New York is seeking a Senior Paralegal (Complex Litigation) to support attorneys through the full litigation lifecycle. You will coordinate document review, eDiscovery, deposition prep, and trial logistics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualified candidates have 7+ years of litigation paralegal experience, a ABA-accredited certificate, and preferably a bachelor’s degree. The firm offers a robust benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of Litigation Paralegal experience (required).
• Arbitration/trial experience (required).
• Paralegal Certificate from an ABA accredited program (preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform work efficiently to allow the Firm to reasonably bill for such work.
• Meet billable hours target of 1,725 (unless otherwise specified).
• Coordinate, organize, prepare and interpret complex legal documents under attorney supervision.
• Organize, review, and maintain documents and case files in hard copy and electronic formats.
• Interface with eDiscovery vendors to create, maintain and manage document collections.
