Job summary

Paul Hastings seeks a Senior Paralegal in New York to support complex litigation matters. You will assist attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle, organize and prepare documents, coordinate eDiscovery, and help manage trial preparation and logistics.

Requires at least 7 years of litigation paralegal experience; arbitration/trial exposure; ABA certificate preferred and a Bachelor's degree preferred. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of Litigation Paralegal experience (required).
• Arbitration/trial experience (required).
• Paralegal Certificate from an ABA accredited program (preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, organize, prepare and interpret complex legal documents under attorney supervision.
• Interface with eDiscovery vendors to manage document collection and review.
• Coordinate productions of documents with attorneys and conduct searches on e-discovery databases.
• Assist with depositions, including preparing materials and coordinating logistics.
• Proofread and cite-check briefs and motions for filing (Bluebook/Cal. style).
• Maintain and organize case files in hard copy and electronic formats.
• Coordinate trial preparation and logistics, including travel arrangements.
