Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with paralegal credentials preferred.
• 7+ years of litigation paralegal experience in large firms.
• Experience supporting complex litigation, including discovery, depositions, trials and appeals.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and detail.
• Familiarity with PACER, Relativity, CaseMap, TextMap and e-discovery platforms.

Responsibilities

• Execute all phases of litigation case management from discovery to trial and appeal.
• Lead discovery efforts and coordinate with junior staff and support personnel.
• Maintain case calendaring, document production, and Bates numbering as needed.
• Prepare briefs, depositions, and trial materials with strong attention to confidentiality.
• Interact professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
